Free Parking Breakdown at Silver Dollar City

Ok, let’s break it down for all of those who don’t want to spend a dime at parking.  We will tell you what are the best lots for easiest access to the park as well as the drop off locations that you should remember for when you leave.

the majority of parking at Silver Dollar City is free! You can park your car in Lot 2, 3, 5, 6, or 7 and use one of the shuttle buses to get to the theme park entrance.

They will have a constant flow of shuttle busses taking visitors coming to and from the park the entire day.  Silver Dollar City is a hilly area and this includes the parking lots.  Look for the areas where you see people lining up to be picked up by the shuttle buses that come by.  Park as close to these areas as possible if you have problems walking for longer distances and you chose not to use a disabled drop-off service near the entrance.

When you leave the park, you should remember the zone where you parked your car. Each parking lot has a different zone name, such as BlueGreenOrangeRed, or Yellow. You can also look for the number of the parking lot on the signs. The shuttle buses will take you back to your zone or lot when you exit the park.

Be sure to remember which colored zone and the number of the parking lot that you parked in!

Preferred Parking at Silver Dollar City

According to the official website of Silver Dollar City, the theme park offers three types of parking options: free parking, preferred parking, and premier parking. Preferred parking is available for cars and motorcycles and is located a short walk from the park’s front gate, allowing you to get from your car to the park easily and also giving you quick access to your vehicle. The cost of preferred parking is $20+tax per day1. It is also worth noting that there is a Season Pass Holder Discount available for preferred parking, but you must be signed up for the discount.  Order Silver Dollar Tickets Here.

It is important to note that disabled parking spaces are reserved for guests with a permanent or temporary disabled parking tag. Parking for guests with disabilities is located closest to the park, and also in parking lots 2 and 5, right next to the conveyance pick-up. There are a limited number of Disabled Parking spaces. When those spaces fill, you are welcome to take advantage of disabled drop-off. Just see the Parking Attendant for directions to drop a guest at the front of the park
